themacandcheesefiles: I posted a picture not too long ago of a similar pulled pork/mac and cheese/grilled cheese combo but since no one out there is making pulled pork/mac and cheese empanadas (which is a very good idea I might add), an alternate take on the grilled cheese is probably the next best thing.
